The Design Guideline for Sustainable Intelligent Buildings

摘要

All parts or persons involved with Intelligent buildings(IB) must take responsibility for the environmental impacts of IB. IB should be built sustainable. both intellectually and physically, which can be initiated by the optimum design. It has been found, from the view point of environmental impacts, that it is necessary to give weights on the physical sustainment. At least for the time being, in Asia, the most important factors for the physically sustainable IB will be natural environment friendliness, energy efficiency , greenness of materials, and waste management. As a result of this study, focused on key factors for the sustainable IB, a kind of design guideline for sustainable intelligent buildings has been proposed.
