In the modernizing process of the three-parts logistic enterprises, the rational organizational structure is both the base of obtaining organizational function and the necessity of constructing effective logistic operation system. On the basis of our national conditions, Using the experiences of the organizational structure pattern of Liaoning North Storage & Distribution Corporation, Haier logistics and so on for reference, the organizational structure patterns of the three-parts logistic enterprise are discussed so as to optimize the organization design, decrease the drawbacks of organizational structure, implement the optimization of enterprise integrated function and improve the core-competitiveness of the three-parts logistic enterprises.
