Based on the task 'Developing Stratagems Study on Logistics Information Platform of Hubei Transportation', the paper introduces the new characteristics of modern logistics in the E-business era, analyses the developing stratagems aims and the whole function demands of logistics information platform. The architecture of logistics information platform, the data structure models and function modules of logistics public information platform are also described in the article. Finally the author puts forward some valuable suggestions about the platform construction.
