THE CONTROL SYSTEM OF THE POLYMER DISPERSION AND FUSION INJECT DEVICE

摘要

The dispersion and fusion device of polymer is used to produce the thick liquid of certain concentration required in production by mixing water and polymer powder together according to the given proportion, and then press it down a pipe into the ground through a pump so as to increase the oil extraction efficiency in the tertiary oil-recovery operation. The whole process is operated by an automatic control system. Author has developed a control system for the device with C200H PLC produced by OMRON in JAPAN as its central control part. This paper introduces the major functions of the control system, and give I/O distribution, diagram of program frame and ladder programming according to technology procedure.
