With high-volume information, excellent-secrecy performance, strong-errorcorrecting capability, two_dimension(2D) barcode, used in cargos identity, can present enough and standardized information for routing, scheduling, tracing and tracking and delivery operations in e-commerce. The factors effecting on logistics planning operations and 2D-barcode's advantages were analysed, and planning model, which can be computerized and optimized and offer significant potential for cost decreases and productivity gains based on 2D barcode identity in logistics network, was built. This model is conduced to promote logistics to go forward and help transportation departments to improve quality of service.
