In general, the micro-particles in the air cause the most damage to the conditional space. In this case, electric air cleaners or high performance dry filters are required to remove the micro-particles. Unfortunately the cost of the air cleaner or air cleaner system will increase as the size of the particles to be removed decreases. Maintenance expense will also increase in the same way. Illuminated by the theory of electric cleaner, this paper finds a way to improve the capacity of common air cleaner-additional static electric field. The paper analyzed the micro-particles' oscillation movement in the air cleaner with a static electric field by simulating the air-particles' two phase flow in an additional static electric field, and proved that additional static electric field is a good way to improve the performance of common air cleaner for removal of micro-particles
