摘要

Through numerical simulation of flow field in mold under three casting speeds and two opening rates, concludes that the bias flow is caused by incomplete open of sliding gate opening. The casting speed, when it is raised from 1.0m/min to 1.3m/min, causes the enlargement of impact depth of input flow, meanwhile, the bias flow becomes strong and the upward flow axial rises upward toward the narrow side in mold, which tends to cause mold level fluctuations;when the casting speed is 1.6m/min, the enlargement of bias flow caused by the increasing of it shrinks comparatively.
