摘要

Highly ordered nanoporous alumina structure was fabricated with a solution pretreatment method and a time-efficient anodization process and, this structure was tested as a template for the electrochemical synthesis of metal oxides, Cu_2O and ZnO. Cathodic electrodeposition of oxides inside pores was retarded because of the variation of pore structure caused by the pH increase, but nano-thin oxide films was formed at pore mouth.
