An Examination Of The Homogeneity Among Strategic Technology Initiatives In The United States: A Neo-Institutional Perspective

The aim of this paper is to describe a research project that is in its early stages and to share early findings related to this project. The research project is an examination of what appears to be the homogeneity of governmental Strategic Technology Initiatives at the state government level in the 50 United States, the District of Columbia and two territories. The aforementioned empirical investigation employs Neo-institutional theory to explain the apparent similarities.
