Plant and Euqipment Maintenance Reengineering

The objectives of this presentation are to show how you can increase labor productivity, reduce inventory levels, and increase utilization by reengineering the plant and equipment maintenance operations. This will be demonstrated through reviewing preventative maintenance fundamentals, the integration of maintenance with production and material planning and control systems, and the evolution toward predictive maintenance.
