For the traditional business management method, it is slower and harder to suit the requirement of e ― business. If our country's management model wants to suit the requirement of e ― business, it must positively establish the management model with overall information trends & reorganization. In the course of e ― business construction, original enterprise system should be innovated on the basic management principle and characteristic, only so, could the flexibility, integration, intelligent and innovation management model be constructed. On the e ― business construction and management innovation road, we should proceed along with the actual situation, push on step by step, and make all use of staffs, so that the e ― business and the management model innovation could become the main methods to promote the enterprise competition.
