摘要

This paper demonstrates the implementation of indirect vector control technique to control the speed of a doubly fed induction generator. In addition to this, Fuzzy logic is used as a control algorithm instead of traditional control technique for the fine tune of controller. The Fuzzy logic controller tunes the proportional integral parameter automatically according to Fuzzy rules and membership functions. At first, the PI controller is designed for the system to be implemented in MATLAB/Simulink environment. Then, the Fuzzy-PI controller is designed according to the rules of Fuzzy logic. The Fuzzy self-tuned controller is able to improve the static and dynamic response of the system so that the system will be robust and dynamic.
