摘要

This paper elaborates the existence of numerous equivalent circuits for the modelling of solar PV array. Various models elucidated in literature has been identified and on the basis of easiness and robustness single diode Rp (shunt resistance)model is recommended for the PV array analysis among, single diode Rs (series resistance), two-diode Rp, single diode junction capacitance, single diode two capacitance, area based two diode, modified two diode and three diode models. Moreover, behavior of KC200GT module is also analyzed through 1- V and P-V characteristics, by using single diode Rp model under different environmental conditions at two different locations and suggest the best location for the module to be installed.
