The purpose of this work is the extraction of signal phase by improving the input data truncating based on spectrum analysis. The method of All Phase Fast Fourier Transform (APFFT) has perfect characteristic of phase estimation and analysis. The phase in this case does not need to be corrected and the error between the exact phase and the estimated one by the APFFT is extremely small. In this paper, we present an algorithm for sinusoidal signal's phase estimation based on APFFT and intrapulse modulation extraction (Barker code as example). Simulations show that the APFFT is more accurate and practicable than traditional FFT algorithm. The obtained results are presented and discussed.
