摘要

This paper introduces a novel amplitude frequency characteristic testing device. The paper analyzes not only the hardware structure of the device which mainly consists of a sweep generator based on DDS+AGC, an attenuation circuit, a peak detection circuit with compensation, the control unit based on FPGA, a display module by VGA and a serial transmission mode with the capacity of anti-jamming, but also the design of the control unit and the terminal unit based on FPGA. The device was realized and debugged in the end. Through the debugging, it shows that the design features a frequency band range up to 20Mhz, output level which is stable and adjustable, and a remote mode with transmission distant of 1.5 meter. The device would be useful and convenient in the experiment teaching lessons.
