Most developed countries have adopted policies to reduce nuclear and fossil fuel consumption and to increase the Renewables Energy Plant in the following sectors: Wind power, Hydroelectric, Solar Thermal, Solar Thermo-electric, Photovoltaic, Geothermal, Biomass, Biogas and Biofuels. When selecting one from various Renewable Energy, decision-making has to take into consideration several conflicting objectives because of the increasingly complex social, policy, politics, local renewable resources, economic, technological, and environmental factors that are present. This paper purpose is to presents the technical risk management factors in solar CSP power plant projects. As an example, risk factors identification and analysis was applied for one of major project component, the Wireless Control.
