摘要

This paper presents a practical evaluation method for the operation quality of smart substation secondary equipment. The evaluation method includes evaluation index system, evaluation model and evaluation process. Taking full account of the main factors which affect the operation quality of smart substation secondary equipment, the veto index is proposed and a relatively complete evaluation index system is set up; a new evaluation model is proposed considering the characteristics of the veto index, in this evaluation model, the initial weight coefficient of the index is determined by the improved analytic hierarchy process (IAHP), and then it is modified by the variable weight theory; finally, a complete set of evaluation process is proposed. In this paper, the evaluation method is described in detail, and the practicality of the proposed method is further clarified by the example evaluation.
