摘要

This paper present a novel technique for compact, lightweight, high aperture efficiency (> 90%) circular horn at Ku-band. The horn reported having a profile to achieve the optimum waveguide mode conversion yielding high aperture efficiency with smaller aperture and mass reduction about 40% w.r.t. axial corrugated horns over a 10% bandwidth. The measured results of the horn closely match with analyzed.
