Indoor RF signal coverage solution

摘要

Mobile phone had become a necessity to urban people daily life. In highly urbanized cities, almost everyone had one or more than one mobile phones. However, indoor coverage for mobile phone is still a problem. Most indoor coverage is still depending on macro cells and it is not practical to have femtocell in every building. Mobile operators could only depends on customer's feedback to gather indoor mobile coverage information. In this paper, we will share our real-time mobile wireless coverage solution, where crowdsourcing methodology and an error minimization algorithm are used in obtaining and refining the indoor coverage information for mobile operators to enhance their customers' user experience. The experimental test and its results of the `Indoor RF Signal Coverage' are shared and discussed.
