摘要

Aiming at the problem that the precision control of the seeder is not high, the position control system of the stepper motor with DSP as the controller is designed. This system uses SCI serial port to communicate with the host computer, through the photoelectric encoder to measure the mechanical walking position and feedback to the DSP2407 controller, the controller according to the feedback results in real time to adjust the PWM signal frequency control motor speed. Aiming at the zero crossing problem of DSP counting memory, an effective zero crossing algorithm is designed.
