摘要

This paper presents a modified Z-network half-bridge converter for applications that requires different kinds of load voltages such as varied positive or negative load voltage and varied time ratio between positive and negative load voltage. Compared to traditional Z-source half-bridge converter, the proposed converter reduces the Z-network capacitor voltage stress remarkably to realize the same load voltage characteristics, with same switch voltage stress. The operating principle, steady-state analysis, small-signal analysis, parameters design and comparison with conventional Z-source half-bridge converter is presented. Simulation results validates the effectiveness of theoretical analysis of proposed converter.
