[(GeTe)2/(Sb2 Te3)1]n topological superlattices based interfacial phase change memory (iPCM) has recently attracted attention because it processes both huge magnetoresistance (MR) and anomalous magneto-optical Kerr rotation (MOKR). It is expected that the MOKR of the high temperature phase (SET phase) would depend on the layered structure of [(GeTe)n2n/(Sbn2nTen3n)n1n]n topological superlattices. In this study, we investigate and discuss the dependence of MOKR on the layered structures and the repetition number (n) of the superlattice.
