Anisotropic Sm-Co/α-Fe Thick Film-Magnets Prepared by Two-Step Annealing

Sm-Co$alpha-$nFe nanocomposite magnets are attractive candidates for high performance magnets used at high temperatures because of their highn$T_{mathrm{c}}$nandn$J_{mathrm{s}}$nvalues [1], [2]. We have already reported isotropic Sm-Co$alpha$n-Fe nanocomposite thick film-magnets with then$(BH)_{max}$nvalue of 100 k.J/mn³nsynthesized by the Pulsed Laser Deposition (PLD) method [3], [4].
