摘要

The goal of heating system in a large-scale salt-fog laboratory is to build a uniform temperature field at a quick pace. Meanwhile, the forced convection is unallowable here because it may affect the uniformity of salt-spray deposition in the salt spray test. For this target and condition constraint, the CFD simulations and experiments of enclosed temperature field model are conducted to explore the rules of the temperature field rising and distributing. Furthermore, a distributed multisource control strategy based on double closed-loop fuzzy controllers is presented for the whole temperature field and pulse width modulation (PWM) control is used to control each single heating plate. Finally, the validity of the control strategy is proved by the experimental tests.
