This prolonged stress can lead to fatigue physical, mental, and emotional that can terminate the occurrence of burnout in nurses. This study was completed using the physical workload measurement methods with% CVL, mental workload using the NASA-TLX, and measurements of burnout with the Maslach Burnout Inventory. The results showed that the installation of the Sentral surgical nurse Karanganyar Hospital levels of burnout is low to moderate.
