In this research, a reliable negative differential mobility model was retrieved based on the experimental data using an iteration method. The experimental charge packet profiles were obtained by the polarization of the electron beam irradiated LDPE films (applied electric field intensity ranges from 30 kV/mm to 50 kV/mm). At the beginning of the research, a preliminary description of mobility-electric field carve was obtained with the analysis of the experimental data. Then simulation of the charge packet based on the pre-set differential mobility of carriers model is carried out. To solve the diffusivity equation in the simulation, difference method is adopted for a reasonable accuracy arithmetic precision. Comparing the simulated results with the experimental data, assumed mobility model is corrected for the next simulation. After several iterative computations, a reliable description of the negative differential mobility model of carriers is figured out.
