摘要

Mathematical model of vacuum induction furnace temperature control system was established. In view of the heating furnace temperature control system of the pure lag, the Smith predictive compensation combined with fuzzy PID control method is used to compensate for it. Software simulation is implemented, and the results show that temperature control system has many good characteristics, such as small overshoot, short response time, stability, etc. The simulation verifies that smith predictive compensation combined with fuzzy PID control algorithm has good stability and robustness.
