In Sichuan concentrated contiguous poor areas, thequantity and overall quality of transportation industryprofessionals have a huge gap to modern requirements oftransportation construction & management and to the overallgoal of transportation construction demand. This articlesurveys the basic structure of the transportation personnel, analysis the main problems of traffic personnel teams andpersonnel needs, proposed contiguous poor areas centralizedcontiguous poor areas in Sichuan traffic Talent Localizationculture approach to alleviate traffic personnel shortageseffective measure in Sichuan centralized contiguous poor areas.
