摘要

University novice teachers are generally lack of teaching experience and skills when starting teacher development. In this context, this research aims to explore specific programs and methods to enhance university novice teachers' teaching capability through school-based training. Based on the teachers' knowledge theory, we construct the training target and content system to design the activities based on the Network Platform of Moodle for university novice teachers' teaching capability. Finally, according to the detailed design and the analysis of implementation condition, we take the instructional design of course as an example to explore the training plan.
