This paper carries out a system research on the intelligent transformer under the condition of intelligent power grid.Secondary system acts as nervous system to control and monitor the substation.The reasonableness and reliability of secondary circuit and secondary lead directly relate to the safe and reliable operation of the intelligent transformer and intelligent power grid.This paper discusses the standards and specifications of secondary lead with intelligent transformer.The industry standards and specifications of secondary lead with intelligent transformer shall be established because the intelligentized transformer raises higher requirements for the technological innovation of secondary lead and has greater effect on it.Through establishing the technical documents of secondary lead with intelligent transformer,it will provide reference for the technological improvement and standards of secondary lead with transformer products,which is helpful for the industrial production of intelligentized transformer.
