This paper describes the Windows 2003 Server LAN and cloud computing of the basic concepts. And introduces the DHCP, DNS, Login Scripts, FTP etc design technology, focus on the analysis and research the realization method of key technology of computer graded examination management system based on Windows 2003 Server LAN, And put forward by using cloud computing new technology to improve and improve the operation safety of the system with high efficiency.
