Application research of PLC control network in coal mine signalizing centralized and locking system

摘要

A scheme is put forward in this paper of master-slave PLC control network based on distributive control model for fulfilling the vast control scope and adapting to the sordid conditions in coal mine signaling centralized and locking system. The implementation of controlling hardware is well discussed. The software is analyzed as well, primarily consisting of supervision program and communication programs between supervisory computer and master PLC on the base of CNET Protocol. Finally, the solutions to key problems concerning communication are delivered. The advantages of strong real-time capability and easy extensibility have been manifested in various applications of this system.
