In the paper, a design of management system of personal housing accumulation fund is discussed based on B / S model. The management system of personal housing accumulation fund is harmony of a variety of modes of personal loan repayment calculations that is widely used by the current bank, also taken full account of the personal loan accounting model of existing housing fund management center, with the business characteristics of individual housing loans. It not only can accurately calculate the individual housing loan-related interest, but also can accurately analyze and statistics the overdue loans.
