Research on quality certification system based on low carbon evaluation

摘要

This paper descripts the important concepts of carbon emissions management and carbon emissions ability and explains the significance of systematic researches on carbon emissions management and carbon capacity calculation. The technical approach to achieve carbon footprint assessment and management is explored through combining with capability maturity model and calculating capability index, which is also an important supplement to the quality evaluation index.
