According to the current national standards of starter battery, we have done some capacity experiment between the rare earth yttrium lithium battery (LYP battery) and traditional lead-acid battery, such as battery reserve capacity experiment, specific energy experiment, charge acceptance ability experiment, and starting test experiment. It was proved that LYP battery took advantage over the traditional lead-acid battery when they were used as the starter battery.
