This paper studies the problem of reliable H∞ filtering for networked control systems (NCSs) subject to packet loss and quantization in low-frequency domain. By considering the influences of quantization, packet losses and possible sensor stuck failures, the NCSs are modeled as discrete-time switched systems with constant delays. Subsequently, an analysis condition to capture low-frequency specifications is presented. With the aid of the derived condition, a procedure of reliable filter synthesis is given in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). Finally, an example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
