Cause and Solution Analysis about College students employment problem--Research Based on the view of cultivation in university

College students employment is the bedrock of people's livelihood and a challenge that every country and area have to face. Especially in China with the population of 1.3 billion, college students employment is closely related to national economy development and the country's lasting political stability. With rapid expansion of economy during the last 30 years, new jobs created in China accounted for a quarter of those in the world. This made a major contribution to global employment problem. But, the situation of college students employment in China is so serious that it influences the sustainable development of economy. The article based on cause of difficulties of college students employment makes suggestions of the country's present situation.
