Study on Indicator System of University Students' Own Quality's Influence on Self-Employment Under the Background of Popularization

摘要

Under the background of higher education popularization, as the increasing number of university graduates and more serious employment situation, establishing one's own business has become a new way for university students to realize their employment. This paper constructs the indicator system of university students' personal comprehensive quality which has great influence on their establishing business and builds AHP statistical model for the study of the influence of every indicator on university students' self-employment. Practice and experience demonstrate that not all the university students are suitable to start up their own business, and a successful start-up has to possess some basic qualities on starting up their own business.
