Foreign Research Status of Crowdsourcing

In view of the fact that many transnational enterprises and companies are actively seeking external resources to upgrade competitive strength when globalizing their production and operation, this article outlines the research status and its application of overseas enterprise crowdsourcing from three respects, which are the concept, basic factors and application of crowdsourcing. To correctly understand the overseas crowdsourcing research trends has certain theoretical and realistic significance in promoting our pen innovative research and innovation strategies of service enterprises.
