Study on the Impact of Venture Capital on VC-backed Firms Performance

摘要

Nowadays, the impact of venture capital on VC-backed firms performance has been received much attention from academia. However, because of the limitation of data acquisition, there is little research results about this area and approaches to theory research and analytical framework have not been formed. In the basic of analyzing the relationship among venture capital, corporate governance and firm performance, this thesis brings up the path model of impacting of venture capital on VC-backed firms performance which can also learn experience from practice of venture capital in the view of corporate governance. Except that, this thesis also analysis the impact mechanism of venture capital on VC-backed firms performance from company management perspective and proposes a new analytical framework.
