Sediment and slope erosion patterns of bare land、agricultural land、Alfalfa grassland and Amorpha land were studied under rainfall intensities of 90mm/h with 20°slope gradient using simulated rainfall experiment. The results showed that sediment yields of Alfalfa grassland and Amorpha shrubland were much lower than bare slope and agricultural land,and the generation time and growth rate of pit and rill under Alfalfa grassland and Amorpha shrubland conditions were much slower than that under bare slope and agricultural land conditions: With the rainfall time,sediment yield and rill-wide showed a rapid increasing trend in the previous period and then reached a steady fluctuations state. The rill-deep kept an increasing trend with rainfall time through the whole process, the difference was that the rill-deep increased faster previously but later increased slowly; Based on the comparison by three-dimensional laser scanner the severity of erosion increased with the slope length, and the surface erosion thick and rill-deep showed a fluctuate trend with slope length, but the amplitude of surface erosion thick is opposite with that of the rill-deep.
