Discussion group focused on non-nutrient, TMDL issues facing the pulp and paper industry. Thernpresentations will cover the development and implications of the TMDL from the perspective of thernregulators, technical experts, state regulators, and mills. The bottom line will be the presentation of arnproactive approach to TMDLs that can help avoid defending against an improperly developed TMDL.
