摘要

Small copper single crystal specimens were pulled, compressed and bent by simulation using molecular dynamics. When a notch was present, partial dislocations were created near the tip of the notch, as we expected. For compression, the effect of notch was not affected very much. For bending, dislocations were not created on the smooth tension surface but partial dislocations were created at the wrinkles of slip planes near the compression surface.
