The adhesive strength of single overlap joints of galvanised steel substrates was measured using various type of adhesives, such as Araldite super strength, Araldite K138, Redux 420, Epoxy - Plus and Max - bond. The effect of various lengths of the joint on adhesive strength was investigated. Also the type of surface preparation in the adhesive strength was studied using different techniques.
