OUC is very pleased with the automation and information systems. The utility is proud of these innovative systems and often uses them during guest tours. The information system and browser interface have opened new windows of opportunity for OUC. The staff members are using the system in ways most had not imagined at the inception of the project. The following graphic of the FIM homepage illustrates the depth of information available through this system. Yet at the same time, the site is not intimidating or overwhelming. The consultants and OUC staff members have crafted a truly innovative information resource that is efficiently integrating utility operations and maintenance at OUC.
