摘要

Signal flow diagrams represent a topological nap of a set of linear equations. Invented by Mason in 1953, this graphing system is ideal in representing environmental data in the most perspicuous form possible. A set of linear equations becomes an explicit and clear diagram of a hierarchy of arrows that represent point to point gradation that is marked by a directed arrow.
