An improved algorithm for symbol timing recovery using baud-rate sampling

摘要

An improved algorithm for symbol timing recovery using baud-rate sampling is presented. The timing estimate is obtained through the combination of h_1/h_0 and h_(-1)/h_0. Simulations show that estimate performance can be greatly improved using this algorithm.
