Analysis of dropped call in traffic channels for GSM mobile radio networks

The operation quality of a GSM digital communication system is mainly reflected by the call completion rate and the dropped call rate, and these two perforance indices are closely related to the disposal of base station subsystems (BSS) and the choice of functional parameters. Taking the NOKIA BSS as an example, we will preliminarily analyze the call dropping in traffic channels.
