A new multicarrier CDMA system based on wavelet-packet-transforming

A new multicarrier code division multiple access (MC-CDMA) system based on wavelet-packet-transforming (WPT) is proposed. It utilizes the discrete WPT, instead of the discrete Fourier transforming (DFT) is proposed. It utilizes the discrete WPT, instead of the discrete Fourier transforming (DFT), to remain most of the advantages of the conventional MC-CDMA system [1] and provide less interchannel interference (ICI), less multiple access interference (MAI) and flexible multi-rate access.
