IN Application Deployment Considerations

A framework was developed for planning the deployment of IN applications.Six planning parameters were defined to be used in network deployment planning of IN applications and to highlight network implications of existing and potential IN applications.Measures are also defined by which each of those planning parameters can be evaluated.This framework was tested on well understood applications such as basic 800 service,ACCS,900 service,providing Time and Charges,in addition to potential new applications such as survivability and number portability.
